Goke Akinola

PROFILE

Goke Akinola is a Chartered Accountant with interests in the development of total man through entrepreneurship and financial freedom. He has taught on the topic of business, financial empowerment, self-development since his school days. As a Christian leader on campus, he convincingly challenged his congregation of about 200 undergraduates to take a firm stand against the menace of poverty, economic slavery and intellectual slavery.

He is a motivational speaker who teaches passionately on the subjects he believes in. His speeches has transformed many. He is a sought after speaker in churches, conferences and seminars. He established August Consulting, a firm of Chartered Accountants specializing in investment, management, accountancy and general consultancy in 2006. He is the founder and the current Coordinator of Prosperity Awareness Centre (PAC), an NGO committed to campaigning against poverty and unemployment.

In his quest for financial freedom, Adegoke has successfully engaged in Agriculture, Trading, Consultancy, Lecturing, Publishing, Poverty Alleviation and Banking.

He is the Managing Director/CEO of Mainstreet Bank Microfinance Bank, a subsidiary of Skye Bank plc., with its headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.

Goke is happily married to Joy and their marriage is blessed with lovely children.
